iQ Aldgate

The first full implementation of the iQ Master Specification authored by Manalo & White; at Aldgate we carried out a full redesign and reconfiguration of student amenity and staff areas to create varied and distinctive social, entertainment, study and play areas for students and staff, that better responds to the requirements and interests of contemporary student living.

The site sits within a historic network of Guild Halls, and our design makes visual reference to the forms and jewel tones of these distinctive interiors in the creation of new co-working spaces, an 18th floor lounge and private dining area, gym, karaoke lounge, retro arcade and cinema rooms, and informal diner and play spaces.
