As of January 2025, Manalo & White have worked as architect, interior designer and design advisor on 73 Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) new build, retrofit and refurbishment projects across the UK.
We’ve engaged in extensive research projects, and have a keen understanding of how PBSA buildings are marketed, operated and used. We’ve partnered with numerous design and delivery teams and have developed strong working relationships with most of the key consultants and contractors within the sector.
Working with broader strategic designers and consultants with the major brands, we are regularly engaged at the interface between the client and their strategic team and the design and delivery team to protect the brand standards as a project is delivered through the procurement and construction process.
