iQ Paris Gardens

In this refurbishment of a PBSA building developed over the site of the Central School of Ballet, we identified redundant and underused existing spaces and locations for new build extensions, to create an extended and more varied Amenity offer which includes the full reconfiguration and doubling in size of an underused rooftop common room. The full complement of studios is undergoing full refurbishment and is the first live implementation of the next generation designs we’ve been developing for iQ.
