Dementia Carers Count is a charity which supports family, friends and partners looking after someone with dementia. DCC have now unveiled our first illustrations for their new national centre for carers of people with dementia. The new residential facility will be a sanctuary for carers, and a home for the charity’s expert-led courses and services.
