With its prime location overlooking the River Thames and Tower Bridge, this flagship office headquarters for iQ Student Accommodation showcases amenity-led design which fosters dynamic, people-focused environments and reflects iQ’s leadership in the Student Housing sector.
Our design incorporates a welcoming reception area, flexible social spaces and an open-plan office with a suite of multipurpose meeting rooms which encourage creativity, connectivity and teamwork, echoing the community-focused ethos of student living and enhancing workplace dynamics. Biophilic design, soft furnishings and adaptable layouts prioritise employee wellbeing, and advanced technology underpins hybrid working models.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the project, with responsibly sourced materials, energy-efficient systems and waste-conscious processes integrated throughout. Situated in the heart of London Bridge, the office maximises natural light and stunning views, creating a seamless connection to its urban context.
