iQ HQ

We designed the interiors of the London Bridge headquarters of iQ Student Accommodation, overlooking the River Thames and Tower Bridge. The welcome desk borrows the style of the welcome bars in iQ’s student buildings, extending the company’s student-living ethos to its own front door.

Open-plan desks share the floor with flexible social spaces and a suite of multipurpose meeting rooms. Soft furnishings, planting and adaptable layouts let teams choose how they work, with the technology to support hybrid working.

We used responsibly sourced materials and energy-efficient systems, and kept waste down on site. The office makes the most of its setting: daylight and views across the river run deep into the plan.
